Tasting Notes:

The creamy complexity from the barrel fermentation and extended yeast lees contact bring immediate approachability while lemon and lime provides a wonderful lingering fruit finish. A light to medium bodied dry white wine. Lovely crunchy pear and delicate florals combine with high natural acidity with minerality to produce an easy drinking style.

Technical:

The fruit for this wine was predominately machine harvested with some selected parcels being handpicked and bunch pressed. The parcels were cold settled and clean racked to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Following this they were matured in stainless steel, filtered and bottled. The White Label range are crafted in the same Petaluma philosophy as the highly regard yellow label. The grapes are grown in the key regions of Adelaide Hills and Coonawarra. These wines are perfect to enjoy upon release and compliment occasions with friends, family and food.
