Crafted by one of Australia’s finest winemakers, Natasha Mooney, the La Bise Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2024 is a benchmark expression of cool-climate Pinot Gris—vibrant, textured, and beautifully balanced. This wine reflects the philosophy of early picking for natural freshness, lower alcohol, and elevated drinkability, with a strong focus on fruit and vineyard expression.

Produced from grapes left to hang through a long, dry autumn, this vintage yielded beautifully ripened fruit. The result is a wine bursting with lime zest, brioche, and ripe pear, complemented by crunchy apple and subtle floral aromas, with a hint of flint on the nose. The palate is elegant and finely textured, offering pristine fruit flavours, mid-palate richness, and a lingering, mouth-watering finish backed by a bright, crunchy energy.
