Buying wine online with Get Wines Direct is simple. Follow the steps below to place your order.

Existing Customers

Click Log In/Register and enter your email address and password.

If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link on the login page.

After purchasing, you can check your order status or previous purchases by clicking View History under Invoice/Order History in the Your Account dropdown next to My Cart.

First Time Customers

1. Find Your Wine

• Browse wine categories across the top of the homepage.
• Search using the search bar.
• Click View Details to read tasting notes and product information.
• Select your quantity and click Add to Cart.

Note: Orders must be in multiples of 12 or 15 bottles unless otherwise stated. You can build your own mixed dozen.

2. Review Your Cart

• Click My Cart.
• Select Proceed to Checkout.
• Adjust quantities or remove items if needed.
• Enter any discount code or gift voucher.

3. Create Your Account

New customers will be prompted to create an account before payment.

• Enter your contact details.
• Create your password.
• Click Register.

Your login details will be used for future orders.

4. Delivery & Payment

Confirm your delivery address and choose your preferred payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice by email.

Delivery Information

• $13.99 delivery per carton Australia-wide.
• Typical delivery time: 7–10 business days.
• You must be 18 years or over to purchase alcohol.
• Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

If no one is home:

• If Authority to Leave has been provided, the driver may leave the parcel if it is safe to do so.
• If Authority to Leave has not been provided, a collection card will be left.
• Orders not collected within five business days may be returned to sender.

Wine cannot be left outside property boundaries.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your wine within 365 days.

• Return freight is covered by us.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Sampling allowance:

• Up to two bottles from a 12-bottle case.
• Up to 25% of smaller orders.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after returned goods have been received.
