Tasting Notes:

Fresh lime, orange and passionfruit aromas. Loaded with fresh tropical fruit flavours with light and elegant varietal characters. There are notes of lime, passionfruit and freshly cut grass. There is excellent natural fruit acid balance, which allows the wine to leave you with a touch of crisp acidity at the end.

Technical:

Harvested at the cool of night and transported to the winery where we crushed the fruit quickly to separate the clear juice from the skins. We used specific yeast for Sauvignon Blanc and after a cool fermentation the wine was carefully filtered and bottled to retain all the appealing fruit flavours.
