Crafted by acclaimed winemaker Natasha Mooney, the La Bise Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2024 is a barrel-fermented expression of cool-climate elegance, delivering complexity, texture, and precision. This Chardonnay is made with a focus on fruit and vineyard expression, picked early to naturally achieve lower alcohol, and enhance drinkability and longevity.


In the glass, it shows a bright straw colour with a hint of honeyed hue. The nose is rich and layered with nutty, vanilla aromas, cinnamon, and a touch of spice—arising from both fine Chardonnay fruit and careful maturation in oak. The palate is finely textured and sophisticated, showcasing flavours of ripe peach, buttery quince, and layers of vanilla and spice. The oak is seamlessly integrated to complement, rather than dominate, the wine’s fresh stone fruit core.
