Tasting Notes:

This wine is light straw yellow in colour with a youthful green tinge. The primary aromas are of herbaceous lemon-grass but also subtle hints of lemons and limes can be detected. Delicate yeasty characters add further complexity while the generous palate is soft, full and smooth.

A wine ideally suited to all seafoods, but especially scallops.

Technical:

Cool ferment of only free run in stainless steel at ~ 16˚ C . 7 months on lees with regular stirring storage in a stainless-steel tank until bottling
