Saint Zs Shiraz 2021 offers a bold, expressive take on premium South Australian Shiraz, with the kind of depth and character that speaks of limited-release excellence. Plum and blackberry dominate the nose and palate, interwoven with rich, dark fruit that creates a fleshy, opulent mouthfeel from the first sip.

A decadent chocolate swirl shines on the mid-palate, adding a luxurious layer of sweetness balanced by a hint of spice. Subtle oak influence supports without overwhelming, allowing the purity of fruit to take centre stage. The wine finishes long and smooth, with lingering notes of mulberry, warm cinnamon and a graceful structure that reflects the pedigree of its vineyard sources.

This Shiraz includes fruit sourced from vineyards owned by previous Jimmy Watson Trophy winners, reinforcing its premium heritage. Ideal for cellaring or enjoying now, it pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops, pepper-crusted steak or a mushroom and thyme risotto.
