Tasting Notes:

Deep black in colour. Bouquet filled with dark fruits of blackberry and dark plum fruit with layers of spice and Smokey oak. This full bodied wine has the fruit flavours of blackberry, dark plums, which is fleshy and opulent with a licorice character on the palate. Subtle hint of fennel and oak along with lovely spicy notes. Velvety smooth tannins which are allowed to open up and breathe illustrate the longevity possible with a long seductive finish which is all interwoven between a backbone of oak and tannin perfectly.

This Barossa Valley Shiraz was fermented in French Oak Barrels.
