Brilliant crimson/scarlet in colour. An abundance of red fruits spill from the glass: raspberry, red currant & cherry with a lick of cassis & a red liquorice twist. Oak contributes subtle cedar & vanilla. Medium to full-bodied & silky in the mouth. The palate is driven by bright, juicy red fruits & a hint of dark chocolate. Impeccably balanced acid, discreet oak, glossy tannins & remarkable length make this a compelling proposition
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (62.6% - for structure & flavour), Merlot (18.5% - for body & softness). Cabernet Franc (7.8% - for perfume and smoothness), Malbec (7.4% - for colour & richness), & Petit Verdot (3.7% - for spice & boldness). All of the varieties were fermented separately in a mix of open and closed fermenters, ranging from between 8 to 21 days on skins. Further aging in oak in separate batches took place until blending. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in barrel (12% new French).

A juicy and fruity red with fresh herb, dark chocolate and iron aromas and flavours. Straightforward and delicious. Drink now
90 Point Rated & Special Value Erin Larkin Halliday Wine Companion
Estate fruit, fermented in separate parcels, up to 21 days on skins, matured in French oak (10% new for 14 months). For a little cheapie, this packs a punch. Perfectly Margaret River, uncomplicated in its expression, and coloured by a bevy of bright fruits. Compelling!
Highly Rated - Huon Hooke The Real Review
Deep red-purple, bright colour; there are meaty reductive nuances over berry fruits, while the palate is lean and grippy, with edgy tannins. A pleasant cabernet with some depth and length of flavour, and the price is very sharp.
