Crafted from old vine fruit, this Shiraz undergoes wild yeast fermentation in traditional open vats, followed by soft pressing and 36 months of barrel maturation in brand new oak—with no topping and no sulphur additions.

Deep dark black in colour with crimson hues, this wine is intensely aromatic, revealing layers of blackberry fruit, white pepper, and seductive spice, alongside notes of leather saddle, coffee, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, muscular, and brooding, driven by plum liqueur, earth, smoked meat, and a rich thread of toasty oak. The finish is long and velvety, framed by a blanket of ripe tannins that ensure the wine’s cellaring potential of 15+ years.
