Big, bold, and opulent, this Shiraz offers a velvet-like texture that carries layers of blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and earthy truffle notes, evolving beautifully with every sip.

Handcrafted from a single ancient vineyard in Marananga, this wine showcases the meticulous attention of its winemakers. Severely pruned, low-yielding vines produced less than two tonnes per acre, with grapes hand-picked in the early hours and cold-soaked prior to fermentation. Aged for 24 months in new French oak, the final blend was selected from only the best 15 barrels.

The wine’s structure is underpinned by fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity, delivering extraordinary length and aging potential.
