Kopparossa Coonawarra Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A richly flavoured red showing intense berry flavours with a hint of chocolate and mint on the after palate. The soft oak tannins and mouth filling flavours combine to produce a complex wine with great length. Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon Bottle ages extremely well. It’s ability to age and still retain varietal fruit characters as well as develop attractive new aromas and flavours is legendary. This wine demonstrates that capability perfectly.
Basedows Of Barossa Black Label Shiraz 2021
Dark red and purple hues. Balanced aromas of blackberry, cedar and pepper on the nose. The palate is decadent and rich flavours of plum, dark chocolate and black cherry combine with silky tannins to create a smooth finish.
Eileen Hardy McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017
Powerful McLaren Vale Shiraz flavours of chocolate, smoked meats and freshly tilled earth with layers of plum, raspberry and blueberry fruits. Powerful and loaded with flavour but with wonderful restraint and poise on the palate. The highlight is the tannin balance, with incredibly fine lingering natural tannin providing structure that gives the wine outstanding length & persistence.
Magarey Lane Coonawarra Shiraz 2021
This Shiraz delivers notes of dark-fruits paired with rich red-berry concentrates. Touches of subtle oak and hints of pepper spice complete the palate, for a textured and layered finish.

Clifton Estate Barossa Shiraz 2019
From a classic year, this Barossa Shiraz has an intense red colour with vivid purple hues. The nose is abundant with vibrant red fruits supported by subtle hints of French Oak. On the palate, well balanced tannins are intertwined with flavours of black cherries, satsuma plums and mulberries. This all leads to a wine which is full bodied in style with a plush mouthfeel and great length of flavour.
Stonehaven Stepping Stone Limestone Coast Shiraz 2020
Rich and bold, flavours of sweet red fruits, blackberry, and touches of pepper spice.
Eileen Hardy McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017
The 2017 Eileen Hardy Shiraz represents the pinnacle of McLaren Vale Shiraz for Hardys. This release sees the Upper Tintara vineyard, home of the original Tintara Winery, produce outstanding fruit from the contoured vineyard planted in 1892.
Clifton Estate Barossa Shiraz 2019
The Estate Range consists of wines from Australia’s world famous Barossa Valley in South Australia. Grapes are primarily sourced from vineyards belonging to our family who has since the 1870’s been involved in grape growing, farming and mining in the Barossa. The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed into fermenters. Yeast is added immediately once in fermenter and the ferments are pumped over twice daily to maximise colour, tannin and flavour extraction. Cooling is used to ensure ferment temperatures remain in the 22-25 degree Celsius range which will allow the fruit to display maximum fruit expression. Pressing then occurs approximately seven days after crushing and the wine is then put into French oak for maturation for up to 12 months

95 Point Rated - Australian Wine Showcase Magazine
"Good deal of bramble fruits on nose, with a nice minty edge. Palate is full of dense berry fruit that has nice firm spice and finish."
Eileen Hardy McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017
95 Point Rated - Ned Goodwin Mw Halliday Wine Companion
"Hand picked across a vineyard that is a century and a quarter old. The tannins here are increasingly refined and tautly furled by apposite extraction and long maturation in high-quality French oak. Violet lift. Further scents of blueberry, mulberry, clove, pepper grind and nori. The cedar and mocha-laden tension across the finish is this rich wine's totem. Oak, of course, but seamlessly handled, while auguring well for a long unravelling during extended time in the cellar."

95 Point Rated - Aaron Brasher The Real Review
"Dark and youthful in the glass, ageing gracefully. Brooding dark fruit aromas, satsuma plum, mulberry, maraschino cherry, spice, licorice, cola and sweet oak. Rich, layered, dark and powerful on the palate, with lashings of plum, blackberry, creamy sweet oak and spices. Plenty of plush, dark fruit here, all backed up with an ample lick of shapely tannins and acid drive."
