Pale straw with hues of green, this Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of green asparagus, gooseberry and fruit salad with underlying tropical notes. The palate displays crisp snow pea with hints of passionfruit and mouthwatering acidity which adds structure and depth to the long lingering finish.
