Tasting Notes:

This Sauvignon Blanc displays tropical aromas of lychee, passionfruit and hints of cut grass. The palate is fruit driven, combining honeydew and kiwifruit characters to produce a wine with a crisp, lingering finish.

Technical:

Through clever scheduling and controlled ripening, our winemakers used the challenging heat conditions to their advantage. This resulted in wine of good volumes, outstanding quality, and flavour.
