Tasting Notes:

The wine displays a bouquet of honeydew melon, pear, white cocoa, and toasted cashew, with the palate delivering guava, lime, and lemon sorbet, complemented by nutty spicy oak and a creamy texture.

Technical:

We dedicate the 1892 collection in honour and respect for the Pirramimma Clydesdales whom tirelessly toiled our land from 1892 to 1952, whom now rest in peace in our War Horse vineyard. For this oaked Chardonnay we selected fruit from our Katunga block and a 35 year old cool climate Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills vineyard.
