Tasting Notes:

Pale straw with distinct green hue. Outstanding fresh peach and pineapple aromas. Full flavoured burst of melons, pear and apple fruits that persist with a soft crisp finish.

Technical:

Harvested in the cool early hours then transported to winery where the fruit was crushed, chilled and then we fermented the juice at controlled cool temperatures. The wine was bottled after carful filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.
