Tasting Notes:

Light Straw coloured, the 2013 Pristine Chardonnay exhibits ring fruit aromas of peach, apple, mandarin and melon. Nectarines and citrus flavours balance on the palate, while the oily texture softens the fresh acidity leaving a clean finish with hint of sweet honey.

Technical:

Minimal intervention is the goal for this unbaked wine. Chardonnay is an extremely versatile variety and it shows with this approachable, easy drinking style. Cold fermented for 24 days, the fruit was harvested just before peak ripeness to enhance freshness and delicacy not often realised in Chardonnay.
