"It’s the black label, and it’s now marked ‘Premium’ on the back label, though for the sake of continuity, we’ll call it Gaelic Cemetery Gaelic Cemetery, not least because I enjoy repeating myself. When I’m tasting a bunch of Riesling, I most often whizz through the lot first off, and then tap the bottle(s) that really fizz my sherbet. This one did. Sweet lime, cut fennel, vanilla, spice. Juicy explosion of Clare Riesling flavour, fine cut of acidity, flinty texture, and entirely convincing limey flinty length. Absolutely sizzles."
