Technical:

First released in 2013, Eddystone Point realises our vision to create wines that are drinkable, affordable and represent the undisputed quality of Tasmanian fresh produce.

Careful vineyard selection, matching the right varietals with the appropriate subregion within the cool climate of Tasmania, to ensure fruit flavour and quality are maximised. Sourcing and nurturing fruit from across all subregions of Tasmania to produce wines that are complex and show distinct and concentrated varietal flavour.

Accolades & Awards:

94 Point Rated - James Halliday Wine Companion

"Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, a portion fermented and matured in seasoned French oak. Aromas of autumnal fruits coupled with some lightly phenolic, skinsy characters present a faithful representation of the variety on the bouquet, and the palate follows through with the flavours and mouthfeel to seal the deal. Obviously high quality fruit skilfully handled."

Highly Rated - Huon Hooke

"Clean, fresh, restrained - a quite delicate wine, the palate light and clean and balanced; straightforward flavour with a clean dry finish."
