Drift Sauvignon Blanc is a classic example of the style, showing ripe tropical fruit balanced with a crisp and elegant finish, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or matched with fresh seafood.

Technical:

The parcels of Sauvignon Blanc fruit for the 2022 Drift Sauvignon Blanc were fermented individually, with a long cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensuring optimal fruit characteristics were captured and maintained. Post fermentation the wines were racked off fine lees and left to settle. After a lengthy blending session to determine the ultimate blend, the wine was stabilised, filtered and bottled.
