Bright, crisp, and beautifully expressive, the Dee Vine Estate Estate Range Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a fresh take on a classic varietal, shaped by ideal Riverina growing conditions. A mild spring gave way to a warm summer, but excellent canopy development shielded the fruit, resulting in a well-balanced, flavour-packed harvest. Picked in early February at 11.90 baume, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel and then matured on French oak, enhancing both aroma and texture.

In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with lifted aromatics—freshly squeezed grapefruit and passionfruit leap out first, followed by hints of lime zest and sweet green apple. On the palate, vibrant tropical fruit flavours are perfectly complemented by crisp acidity and subtle oak nuances, making for a lively, mouthwatering finish. The wine’s bright personality and clean profile make it an ideal pairing for grilled seafood, fresh asparagus with lemon butter, or goat cheese tartlets.

Produced by fourth-generation winemakers Adrian Bianchini and Fernando Rombola, and recognized as Riverina Winery of the Year by the Melbourne International Wine Competition, this 2024 release is a standout in the Dee Vine portfolio—vivid, fruit-driven, and crafted for pure enjoyment.
