In the glass, it displays a clean, clear lemon-lime hue, leading to an expressive nose bursting with classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passionfruit, melon, and a touch of lemon citrus. The palate is equally fruit-forward, showcasing tropical intensity balanced by crisp natural acidity, delivering a bright, refreshing finish that lingers.

Made to highlight fruit character, the grapes were night harvested after a superb growing season of warm days and cool nights, then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel. Minimal handling and precise winemaking ensure the vibrant fruit takes centre stage. Ideal for enjoying now or over the next couple of years while the flavours are at their peak.
