In the glass, it displays a clean, clear lemon-lime hue, leading to an expressive nose bursting with classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas of passionfruit, melon, and a touch of lemon citrus. The palate is equally fruit-forward, showcasing tropical intensity balanced by crisp natural acidity, delivering a bright, refreshing finish that lingers.

Made to highlight fruit character, the grapes were night harvested after a superb growing season of warm days and cool nights, then gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel.
