Tasting Notes:

Pale straw with green tinges and a persistent fine bead. A subtle creamy beginning to the nose is followed by the summer blossom layers of fresh elderflower infusing into the premium chardonnay fruit lurking somewhere in the back. Finely structured, delicate, creamy textured wine that displays lifted crisp fresh aromatic fragrances of freshly cut herbs with a bright acid frame giving it the delicate structure and nice sense of balance to the wine. It finishes refreshing, long and clean.

Grandsecco Wines, an innovative range of flavoured Prosecco styled premium sparkling wines. The flavours that have been selected are Elderflower, Rose Petal, Mandarin and Brut Curve, representing some of the most in vogue taste profiles in todays food and beverage market.
