Perfect for any festive occasion, this is a fresh and very enjoyable sparkling wine from the cool Dolomites in northern Italy.

In the glass there are rich and intense aromas of fresh fruits like red apple, pear, white peach and melon, and delicate pineapple with an elegant note of wild rose. The palate is very pleasant with a soft mousse, persistent bubbles and smooth acidity. This elegant sparking is made in the same method as Prosecco to create a balanced style that everyone can enjoy.

Technical:

It uses the most important white grape varieties cultivated in the scenic Trentino Alto Adige region, estate-grown at elevations between 400 and 800 metres in Mezzacorona’s vineyards in the foothills of the majestic Dolomites. Vegan Friendly.
