Distilled with raspberries and locally grown strawberries it is sure to be a winner on a hot summer day. Inspired by Gin and Bitters this dry pink gin has subtle spice notes before finishing with an elegant yet subtle berry finish.

Technical:

Made in New Zealand, 1919 Summer Pink focuses on the tradition of the original pink gin (gin & bitters), while honouring our distilleries core values. Rather than adding sugars and sweeteners we source locally grown strawberries to distil. In doing this we managed to create a dry summer gin with a subtle, yet elegant, berry finish that maintains those bod gin flavours. A true nod to our traditions - celebrating the gin trends of the past and today.
