Wills Domain sits atop 60 hectares of rolling hills in the north of the Margaret River region in the Gunyulgup Valley, Yallingup. Our vines are planted on sun-drenched northern and western facing slopes overlooking the Indian Ocean. With a maritime climate that is perfect for growing wine grapes, Wills Domain showcases fine, artisanal Margaret River wines with its two old vine vineyards – Wills Domain Estate (Est 1992) & Yallingup Estate (Est 1985). Wills Domain in Western Australia’s world renowned Margaret River wine region is home to the Haunold family, father to son vignerons since 1883.

The fruit was sourced from the Wills Domain Yallingup Estate Vineyard Blocks 3 & 4. Machine harvested in the early morning, gently de-stemmed and cold soaked for 3 days before being inoculated with a selected yeast strain. Fermented at 24°C for 10 days and gently plunged twice daily to extract all the soft tannins and rich varietal flavours. The wine was pressed at dryness with free run and pressings being combined, before being racked onto oak. The wine was matured for 12 months before being egg white fined, sterile filtered and bottled.
