Experience the refined character of Springwood Park Adelaide Hills Shiraz 2023, a cool-climate Shiraz crafted with precision and elegance. Machine harvested in the cool of the night to preserve fruit purity, the must underwent a 5-day cold soak before fermentation with select yeast strains. The wine was then aged for 16 months in a mix of 40% new and 60% second-fill French barriques, hogsheads, and puncheons.

This Adelaide Hills Shiraz bursts with bright red fruit, satsuma plum, and lively notes of black pepper and spice, while fine tannins and subtle French oak add depth and complexity. A smooth, savoury mid-palate leads to a long, structured finish, showcasing balance and finesse.

Perfectly suited for food pairing, this wine complements dishes such as slow-roasted lamb, duck breast with cherry reduction, grilled portobello mushrooms, or chargrilled sausages with caramelised onions.
