Tasting Notes:

Luminous ruby colour with cinnamon, plums and berries on the nose. The palate is rounded with soft ripe fruit and tannins with a well-balanced and lingering finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lover of Fine Wine from Lover of Fine Wine From a beautifully classy presentation, to the most superb smooth flavorsome shiraz, this 2015 Shadow Hill Goulburn Valley red has it all. I love this wine, its rich dark red colour and mouth watering rich tasty stone fruits, chocolate, striking spices and delicate tannin, the whole experience is devine. What a beautiful experience this wine is. I just love it.

I decided to give it a chance, as being 7 years old it may have some risk involved. It was a good decision. Smooth and flavoursome, and an excellent wine for the price.

Unfortunately it isn’t although it does show promise. Improves with decantering but probably needs to sit for some time to mature. How long? Who knows?
