The Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the cool climate vineyards of the Adelaide region. A rich generous wine with dark fruits, touch of chocolate, subtle oak with a tight tannin finish.

Technical:

Sourced from vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed to barrel and matured in French and American oak for 12 months.
