Tasting Notes:

Rich deep ruby with plum purple hues. Spice, plum jam and black cracked pepper on the nose. Full flavoured Barossa Shiraz, the palate is layered with flavours of plums and chocolate. Gentle and rich tannins and good length.

Technical:

A rich Barossa Shiraz classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. This wine was matured in older American oak for 15 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and tannins to naturally soften.
