Tasting Notes:

Polished, elegant & fruit driven. Deep crimson with purple hue. This Shiraz is full bodied, but with a mix of bold plum flavour and a hint of pepper spice. The aromas of fruitcake and violet lead to a well balanced and complex palate. The chocolate oak finishes the wine with a smooth vanilla lift.

Technical:

The Mother of Pearl series pays homage to the ancient, shell encrusted sea beds of the Limestone Coast which today serve as the foundation for the region's premier vineyards. The Shiraz boats a polished and fruit driven palate with integrated spice and coffee oak complexity. The finish is clean and soft, with elegant tannins and lingering finish.
