Our Noble Vine label is based upon two distinct ideals; that of ‘Noble Wines’ and of the wine itself. The range is our entry level wine, made from ethical and reputable vineyards predominantly from the Riverland. The wine shows quality and depth, with notable tannin from the warmer weather climate. Our Noble Vine label marries these respectable and beloved vine types with modern winemaking to craft wines with focused flavours, silky fruit and soft, supple tannins.

The fruit for this wine was harvested from vineyards with careful row selection yielding the best possible parcels for use in this blend. The fruit was harvested within the range of 13.5 to 14.0 Baume, once it had developed a full intensity and complexity of flavours, embodied by a full rounded tannic structure, important for mouthfeel and long, complex flavours on the finish.

The winemaking aim was to let the quality of the fruit speak for itself. To this end, after crushing, the fruit was fermented on skins in temperature-controlled vessels to allow for an even and steady rate of fermentation, this resulted in an excellent depth of fruit flavour and colour extraction. The winemaking process was completed with the assessment and grading of all the separate components before oak maturation and assemblage of the final blend.
