This excellent Shiraz has rich plum and fruitcake aromas, with nuances of blueberry fruits and hints of violets, lifted savoury spice and a touch of cured meat. Full bodied with integrated oak spice, exceptional length and velvety tannins

Fermented and matured in French oak for 20 months prior to bottling
