Tasting Notes:

Purple/red colour. Black and red fruit flavours highlight the aromatic nose. There's milk chocolate and hints of pepper and oak. A fleshy rich fruit driven wine with dominate fruit flavours of plum, cherry and some wonderful nutmeg character coupled with just a touch of pepper and oak which are more typical South Australian shiraz characters. The soft tannins are a highlight on the finish which is well balanced between the fruit, oak and natural acidity derived from the grapes.

It is smooth and tasty but is not as full bodied as South Australian Shiraz that I am used of. I would probably recommend it to anyone who prefers a lighter type of shiraz.
