Tasting Notes:

Lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries, combine with a richly flavoured palate of savoury blackcurrant, ripe plum and subtle oak. The wine is round and generous, balancing soft tannins and a lingering fresh fruit finish. Enjoy with a lamb roast.

Technical:

Good winter rains and cooling summer breezes led to fruit of high quality with colour, balanced tannin, and acidity. Selected Cabernet Sauvignon from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.
