Tasting Notes:
Crimson with purple magenta hues. Displays blackcurrant, plum and mint notes surrounded by a subtle hint of cedary oak. Vibrant thrust of blackcurrant flavours the palate is silky smooth with chocolate and cassis flavours. The wine continues to roll towards the finish surrounded by more complex notes of mint, oak, which create a long lingering finish.
Technical:
Select parcels of fruit were selected due to their intense fruit flavour and then were picked, transported to winery, crushed immediately. The skin and juice mix is allowed to warm naturally over several days after which it begins fermentation. Fermentation is held cool which helps to retain bright primary fruit characters in the wine. Following ferment, the wines are carefully pressed, separating them from the skins. The wine is then run down to oak barrels for maturation, before being blended, filtered and then finally bottled.

Absolute class
I though I'd open this bottle to enjoy with a nice cut of scotch fillet after purchasing a mixed dozen that I selected myself. It would have to be amongst the better reds that I've sampled. Silky smooth texture with a rich lingering taste have left me thanking my lucky stars that I bough another 2 bottles in the mixed dozen I ordered.

Just open my first bottle and can't be more happy with my purchase. A nice flavoursome wine that I am happy to have on a daily basis.

Devilishly Good!
Have bought this brand, earlier vintages, before and have always been pleased with the wine. Good body and balance always. This vintage is just as good as previous drops, and should cellar well, if I can stop myself from drinking it now.

Very nice, good special offer.
Couldn't resist this offer, supposedly previously sold for $80 per bottle. Not disappointed.

The label caused some reservations.
Once opened, the label was of no consequence; the contents were better than expected! A most enjoyable experience.

Nearly Converted Us
Brought this wine as a change up to our normal shiraz drinking ways and as more than pleasantly surprised as to how good this wine was. It nearly converted my partner and I who are seasoned Shiraz drinkers. Give it a crack!!!!

Quite smooth
This wine is quite smooth to the taste and has a reasonable depth of flavour. It wasn't quite as full bodied as other earlier vintages. Still ... a good buy!

Over sweet
I brought the wine several weeks ago, have now tried two bottles, both were very sweet approaching being quite sickly to the palate not to my taste/preference.
It was not what I was expecting re flavour or robustness working up to trying a further bottle
