Tasting Notes:

Clarendon Hills Bakers Gully Syrah opens with intense aromas of roast meat, black cherry and licorice. The palate is elegant yet full of vibrancy with a long, aromatically scented structure. Velvety tannins and a balanced acidity ensure immediate satisfaction.

Technical:

This is Roman Bratasuik's entry level Shiraz intended for early drinking sourced from younger dry grown vines. Maturation takes place in French oak (85% new) for a period of 18 months.

Each are made and bottled separately, so a new vintage tasting of Clarendon Hills wine will take more than half an hour!
