1x Fu Barossa Valley Shiraz 2020 - 16.00% Alc
Deep dark black in colour with crimson hues, this wine is intensely aromatic, revealing layers of blackberry fruit, white pepper, and seductive spice, alongside notes of leather saddle, coffee, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, muscular, and brooding, driven by plum liqueur, earth, smoked meat, and a rich thread of toasty oak. The finish is long and velvety, framed by a blanket of ripe tannins that ensure the wine’s cellaring potential of 15+ years.
1x Monolith Vintners Monolithic Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016 - 15.00% Alc
Poured from its wax-sealed, heavy imported bottle, the wine reveals a massive, brooding nose of dark plum, cranberry, saddle leather and scorched earth, evolving into blackcurrant, dark chocolate and spicy pepper. After a long decant, the wine opens to reveal richness and balance, with dense tannins, impressive weight, and an immense palate of black olive, toasted oak, and dried herbs.
1x Grant Burge Filsell Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022 - 14.50% Alc
This vintage delivers an intensely layered Shiraz with dark chocolate, mocha and plum aromas interwoven with caramel and sweet spice. On the palate, rich flavours of black fruits are supported by undertones of cacao nib, vanilla, earth and a suggestion of juniper. The tannins are firm yet refined, giving this wine a full-bodied structure and a luxurious texture that culminates in an exceptionally long, balanced finish.
2x Limb Vineyards Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 - 14.50% Alc
Aromas of vibrant red berry blend seamlessly with savoury herb notes and red pepper, creating an expressive bouquet. On the palate, the wine offers clean tannins, layers of savoury depth, and soft background oak that adds structure without overshadowing the fruit. The finish is long and refined, a signature of top-tier Barossa Cabernet.
1x Peter Lehmann Radical Barossa Shiraz 2022 - 14.00% Alc
Medium intensity ruby-red with bright garnet hues. On the nose, rich aromas of blueberry, plum and dark fruits intertwined with violet and spice from Touriga Nacionale. The palate is full bodied with a textural midpalate dominated by bright red fruits and with nuances of dark fruits, chocolate and cedar oak. The finish is vibrant and satisfying, leaving a long trail of generous juicy fruit and full palate tannin.
2x Jackman Vineyards Estate Range Barossa Valley Shiraz 2023 - 15.00% Alc
The Jackman Vineyards Estate Range Barossa Valley Shiraz 2023 presents a medium-bodied yet fruit-forward style that highlights the richness of the Barossa Valley terroir. The blackberry and plum fruits dominate the palate, supported by layers of fruitcake, summer berries, and subtle floral notes that add complexity and freshness. Fine tannins and carefully integrated oak create a beautifully balanced wine with a smooth backbone.
2x Jackman Vineyards Barrel Reserve Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016 - 14.50% Alc
The nose opens with lifted aromas of ripe blackberry, blood plum, and black cherry, underscored by complex layers of licorice, dark chocolate, and warm spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and mouth-filling, delivering a luxurious wave of dark berry fruit, raisin, ironstone, and a touch of earthy minerality.
1x Shanahans The Old Dog Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021 - 14.00% Alc
Probably the most full-bodied Old Dog we have seen in recent years which is a reflection of vintage and vineyard source, therefore I suggest allowing it to breathe if drinking in its youth. The dark plum and blackberry carry over from the nose whilst some blueberry, chocolate and liquorice all play alongside each other harmoniously. The finish shows silky-smooth tannins, soft under-lying oak and earthy characters which are pivotal to the balance of this wine. We release this wine to ensure the drinkability upon release as well as longevity although do suggest allowing this exceptional Shiraz to breathe to truly reflect perfectly who we are and where we are in terms of fruit source and sub regional character from another great Barossa Valley vintage, which celebrates our commitment to the region, traditional winemaking and hands off approach.
1x Viking Grand Barossa Valley GSM 2021 - 14.00% Alc
Deep purple in the glass, it opens with lifted aromas of blackberry, plum, and a burst of red cherry, accented by spice and white pepper. The palate is a harmonious blend of red fruits and savoury undertones, supported by smooth tannins and finishing with a soft, lingering mouthfeel. Winemaking includes open fermentation, daily pump-overs for rich extraction, and gentle basket pressing before the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging in both new and seasoned American oak barrels.
