Tasting Notes:

Delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines, tropical fruit and citrus zest with a hint of cashew. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling and enjoyable wine. The wine has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. It is an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood such as oysters, mussels or clams, straight from the sea.

Technical:

At release, the wine is a pale straw with a slight green hue to the edge.The wine was matured for 20 months in fine grained French oak barrels (10% new, the balance 2-3 years old) prior to blending and bottling.
