The Colonial Estate Exodus Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2020
Mid straw with bright, pale green and golden hues. Luscious, creamy aroma of fresh peaches, grape fruit and tropical hints with a touch of marzipan adding to the complexity. Zingy tropical fruits flow onto the palate morphing into peach and citrus flavours in the mouth. Hints of nutty and creamy characters, from partial barrel ferment, add to the picture and the finish is long, fruity and zesty, balanced with great acidity.

Black Squid Barossa Valley Shiraz Gin 200mL
Pure and vibrant red in colour. Black Squid opens with aromas of a classic Barossa Shiraz with lifted herbal and juniper characters. Delicate spice flavours mix with sweet fruits, fresh blueberries and raspberries. Pepper spice with bittersweet chocolate and raisins finish the palate. It’s as unique a “gin” as you’ll ever encounter.
