Tasting Notes:

This wine has a beautiful honey straw hue with lifted aromatics of guava and citrus accompanied by perfectly integrated oak. The palate is creamy, complex and layered with stone fruit and citrus and delivers an everlasting finish.

Technical:

Harvested in the cool of night the fruit was reductively handled and pressed as soon as it was picked. Fermented with aromatic yeast and at low temperatures in both tank and barriques for texture and complexity. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation in oak and was then aged for 10 months in both barrel and tank.

The "crack" between the cap and the neck part of the seal have not been fully crimped so the cap cannot be unscrewed. The entire capping component must be cut off. As a result you cannot take this wine to a restaurant or someone's place. Disappointing. The wine itself is OK.
