Tasting Notes:

This Single Vineyard Chardonnay shows immediate delicacy on the palate, with increasing weight and texture coming to the fore. The fruit profile is very much citrus, with bright lemon and lime, as well as hints of barley and pleasant toasty oak in the background. As always with Chardonnay crafted from this vineyard, there is a lovely tension driving the fruit flavours.


Technical:

Fermented in French barriques (70%) and puncheons (10% new), 15% mlf, matured for 8 months on lees.
