Tasting Notes:

The wine is pale yellow with a clear hue. Fine aromas of white flowers and stone fruits encased with a flinty lees reduction. The palate is focused and pure with bright melon fruits, sweet spice and a toasted almond oak complexity. The acidity is fine with a lime sorbet like flavour. An elegant and focused style that will age gracefully.

Flint and smoky mineral notes over creme brulee and green apple, and a Key Lime Pie kinda character. How good! Fleshy textured but with a wash of saline-minerally acidity, plush, concentrated but very fresh, even, balanced and very appealing from the get go. This is a delight. Bigger style, done so well."
