    This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. The lovely palate is followed by a refreshing finish. You can pair this varietal with delicate fishes, green vegetables or dishes with the tangy dairy ingredient.

    Technical:

    The Saint and Scholar wines are owned by two wine enthusiasts- Stephew Dew and Reid Bosward. The company’s vineyard is located in the world-renowned Adelaide Hills wine region. Stephen & Reid share a passion for wines and believe in honesty and simplicity as the basic policy for winemaking.
