Tasting Notes:

Generous well-balanced palate with nectarine, peach and some lovely minerality. Depth of fruit gives a long structure and some hints of buttery vanillin oak on the finish with great touch of acid.Seafood is the obvious choice here although the depth of fruit will ensure it works delightfully with rich flavoursome dishes with chili and spice.


Technical:

Picked at optimal ripeness at night then crushed and destemmed prior to the free run being naturally fermented, gently pressed, and then stored in a combination of older French oak for 6 months with malolactic fermentation.
