A pale green-straw hue hints at the wine’s freshness, while the bouquet is led by vibrant citrus fruits interwoven with subtle stone fruit and hints of freshly cut grass. The palate offers a voluptuous and well-rounded mid-section, with silky layers of citrus and stone fruit, finishing with crisp acidity and impressive depth of flavour.

Crafted from night-harvested fruit, fermented with wild yeast, and aged on lees with extended stirring, this wine is meticulously filtered to preserve the varietal’s intensity and elegance.

Awarded 94 Points and a Gold Medal by Wine Showcase Magazine and previousley celebrated in the Melbourne International Wine Competition, this Chardonnay is a testament to refined craftsmanship.
