Picked during the cool of the night to preserve freshness, the fruit was gently crushed before free-run juice was separated with minimal skin contact. After careful clarification, the juice underwent a slow, cool fermentation between 12–15°C using selected yeast strains to enhance the wine's delicate citrus and floral aromatics. Bottled while youthful to retain maximum freshness, the result is a Riesling of outstanding purity and longevity.

In the glass, the wine displays a brilliant pale green-straw colour.
