From one of Australia’s most celebrated regions for Riesling, the Greenslade Clare Valley Riesling 2026 is a pristine, expressive white that showcases both varietal purity and skilled winemaking. Handled with care from vine to bottle, the fruit was chilled and whole bunch pressed, before being racked to stainless steel fermenters for a natural fermentation. Careful temperature control allowed the ferment to be stopped with a touch of residual sugar, delivering the perfect harmony of sweetness and bright acidity.

The result is a pale straw wine with a green hue, opening with vibrant aromas of lime, orange, and freshly cut Granny Smith apple. The palate echoes this with juicy citrus and apple flavours layered beneath ripe floral and tropical notes, offering both freshness and depth. A hint of saline minerality and precise natural acidity tie everything together, giving the wine a long, crisp, and beautifully balanced finish.
