Night-harvested to preserve freshness, the wine is predominantly fermented in stainless steel, with a small portion wild fermented in barrel and matured on lees to enhance texture, complexity and balance.

The bouquet reveals lifted aromas of citrus, stone fruit and subtle almond, while the palate is fresh yet beautifully textured, offering layers of lemon, creamy white peach and flinty minerality. Crisp natural acidity provides precision and length, leading to a clean, elegant finish that highlights the quality of this cool-climate vineyard.
